About the event
There's nowhere better to see "astounding inventions" than here at Stretton Watermill. The mill demonstrates the power and uses of water to drive millstones, sieves, sack-hoists, and pump fresh water up-hill to surrounding villages. Plenty to keep adults and families 'astounded' with an eye for sustainable solutions.
No booking is necessary for this special free admission on Sunday 11 September.
Partially accessible with wheelchair access to mill ground and first floor, stable block shop ground floor.
Refreshments available.
Follow signs down Mill Lane, satnavs sometimes take you towards Tilston.
