About the event

Built in 1937/38 as the headquarters for Western Command, the Churchill Building now houses the University of Chester's Business School. Learn about the role of Western Command during World War II and the building’s history through to the present day.  Explore the building’s fascinating architecture.  

Booking is required: tickets are available via Eventbrite here; booking closes 14 September at 16:30; maximum 20 participants. 

Meet at Churchill Reception for this one-hour tour.

Wheelchair access is available and there is a lift. Parking is available including Blue Badge spaces. A temporary parking permit will be provided.

The tour does not include the underground bunkers, which are not safe to be visited.
