About the event
On Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 June students from universities across the northwest carrying out basic book conservation on one of the Cathedral’s largest single collections: The Jacobson Collection.
On Thursday 23 June heritage professionals will be running special sessions for novices wishing to learn some basic book conversation. (See separate event if you wish to participate in the have-a-go session.)
Come along and watch on any of the three days during the sessions from 10:00 until 12:00 and again from 14:30 until 16:30.
Free - donations welcome.
