Join the festival team on the Open Course to learn more about the festival and to take part in our fun activities.
Handle real Roman artefacts, try on Roman armour with Grosvenor Museum, play medieval games, try on Victorian hats and spot the changes in the River Dee and Chester over the ages. Visit our Roman physician to have your ailments diagnosed and discover the cure, or join our time traveller from Roman Britain to craft your very own brooch to take home.
