Set within Britain's largest excavated Roman amphitheatre, this practice offers a unique opportunity to connect with your body and breath while surrounded by 2,000-year-old stones and open sky.
Open to all skill levels. Please bring your own mat. Please note, you take part at your own risk and are responsible for your own health and safety during the class.
