We'll be down on Exchange Square and inside Picturehouse Chester from 11am until 6pm with a variety of FREE activities for all the family, including:​
Climb aboard the Artbus Chester and let your creativity flow with a variety of crafty activities while watching our spectacular bubbleologist performing outside on Exchange Square
Meet our Medieval Surgeon or discover artifacts from the history of our city with the lead curator from Grosvenor Museum
Meet our Festival artist, Julie Littler as she creates some of her colourful works of art right before your eyes!
Make a clay medieval tile to take home - no experience or kiln firing needed!
Have a free henna tattoo created by our talented artist
Enjoy a meet and greet with puppets and giants from the legendary Midsummer Watch Parade
Join stained glass conservators, Recclesia, to paint your own ‘stained glass’ designs
